OfficeServ
|
 |
|
Samsung's most recent system
platform is the OfficeServ range. Consisting of 4 different variations,
the OS12, OS100, OS500 and the soon to be release OS7200 have all of the
features of previous models plus many more. IP telephony support is more
powerful than before, enhancing networking capability for multi-site
configurations as well as network features and remote connectivity.
The OS12 is primarily
designed to branch offices that need connection to a head office via IP. |
|
The OS100 replaces the DCS70
and iDCS100 systems. An OS100 can start out configured for 6 lines and
8 handsets and grow to 100 ports. Features such as Voicemail,
Hospitality System Software, DECT and CTI are all available.
The OS500 replaces the DCS200. A fully IP configured OS500 can run up to
600 extensions with access to all the basic system features like
Voicemail, ISDN and Automated Attendant as well as more complex
requirements involving IP Networking, Call Centre applications and
Computer Telephony Integration. |
|
DCS24 |
|
The DCS24 fits in between the OS12
and the OS100 and provides all the ‘big system’ features without the big system
price. The DCS24 is a definite step up into a fully featured key system capable
of handling all of your needs, today and tomorrow. The DCS24 is easy to install
and maintain, convenient to use and flexible enough to accommodate a variety of
features.
The DCS24 has also been sold in the past as the DX616 / DX816 which whilst
having most of the same features, used a less featured DX Series handset.

DX408, DX408i |
 |
|
The ideal entry level system for small business. Allowing connection of
up to 4 incoming exchange lines, 4 digital handsets and 4 analogue
devices such as cordless handsets / fax machines / EFTPOS. With a
capacity equal to the DX408, the DX408i takes telephony a step further,
via its inbuilt ISDN circuitry, to enable connection to Telstra's OnRamp
services. |
| DCS
70, DCS 200 |
|
Now both superseded and replaced by the OS100 and OS500 respectively. |
